1. OCAN 3.0: Training on What’s Changed
Required training for organizations transitioning from OCAN 2.0 to OCAN 3.0. This training covers details definitions of new and revised elements.

2. Comprehensive Tool Training
For training staff who are new to OCAN. This training consists of 4 modules covering the content and standard guidelines of OCAN in detail.

3. Refresher Tool Training
Periodic Refresher training is recommended for staff using OCAN. This training is for staff who are familiar with OCAN and consists of 2 modules covering a condensed review of OCAN content and standard guidelines.

4. Additional Train-the-Trainer Resources
Refer to Comprehensive and Refresher Tool Training sections for training materials including slides, activities, answer keys and certificates. This section includes materials such as a training checklist and Train-the-Trainer tips.

5. Using OCAN with Indigenous Populations
OCAN Tool Training that has been tailored to include concepts, case studies and activities for service providers working with Indigenous populations.

5. Using OCAN with Indigenous Populations
This section contains all Aboriginal-Specific education materials for health service providers implementing OCAN. These materials provide culturally appropriate strategies, approaches and tools for engaging with Aboriginal consumers.
